Human resource management (HRM) is the main root of the organization. HRM's main focus is managing people effectively to achieve the entire organization's goal while maintaining employee satisfaction and growth.

HRM & Family

If we take the family, it also has the human resource management like in the organization. Both family and the organization thrive on balancing, caring, and teamwork.

So, the family thrives when each member plays their role, and an organization thrives when HRM ensures that employees are motivated, engaged, and well-managed.

One member is missing in the family ๐Ÿ˜”,

If one member gets sick or loses a family member, it disrupts the entire family's activities; i.e., increasing emotional stress, delaying day-to-day work, and someone else has to step in to do the work on behalf of the sick or lost member.

When we step into the organization, if an employee leaves or struggles with poor human resource management, it may finally result in productivity drops, teamwork suffering, and overall efficiency declines.

HRM’s role is like a Head of the family ๐Ÿ‘จ,

Just as our parents guide, support, and help resolve conflict in the family, the HRM also does the same by ensuring the employees are well-supported, trained, motivated, and satisfied with their role in the organization.

๐ŸŒฒWhen HRM works well, organizations will spring up ๐ŸŒฒ
